Refund and Return Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they have not shipped.

  • Refunds may be requested for any reason within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days plus 2–5 days processing).

  • Refunds will be granted for: failure to deliver within 45 days, wrong items received, or defective products.

  • Refunds will not be issued for: incorrect addresses, delays caused by customs or natural disasters, or used merchandise returned without approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.

  • Exchanges must be requested by contacting us first.
